Bill Clinton: C'mon, Gina Gershon is too hot for me to sleep with

WASHINGTON, D.C - Former President Bill Clinton denied his involvement with actress Gina Gershon, claiming he only slept with unattractive women.

"I want all of the media to take a step back and look at what you're saying. Everyone knows my track record, Jennifer flowers, Monica Lewinsky, oh and my wife Hillary Clinton. I mean look at them, they're not hot. Why would I deviate from such a great history of boning ugly broads? I mean c'mon media this isn't me," Clinton said.

A Vanity Affair article suggests that Clinton's personality had changed since his
2004 heart bypass surgery and said there were reports of Clinton
"seeing a lot of women on the road."

Advisers close to the Clinton campaign also question the validity of the claims. James Carville noted, "I'm used to seein the President with all sorts of scags, hags, and fatties, but hot women just isn't what Bill is into. I'd be willing to bet this is a right wing conspiracy."

Gina Gershon has asked for a retraction from the article, sighting that her acting credentials would be significantly impaired if people though she was ugly enough to be on the Bill Clinton roster.

Clinton gets owned

Clinton took some flack after her statement which essentially said LBJ did the bulk of the civil rights work instead of MLK.

In a rebuttal Obama lacks a thick layer of smackdown during his endorsement speech from Clair McCaskill.
Original Post

I have to say that she started this campaign saying that she wanted to
make history and lately she has been spending a lot of time rewriting
it.

Tale of the tape: the first day the scandals broke.

News organizations devote little attention to NSA spying story

All told, on January 22, 1998, the Times and the Post ran 19 articles (five on the front page) dealing with the Clinton investigation, totaling more than 20,000 words and reflecting the words of at least 28 reporters -- plus the editorial boards of both newspapers.

In contrast, on December 17, the Times and the Post combined to run five articles about the NSA spying operation, involving 12 reporters and consisting of 6,303 words.

That's what I've been saying!

NYT nails Clinton Admin, Lets Bush Slide

As atrios notes, the Congressional Research Service has concluded that Rep. Jane Harman is correct that, despite Malkin's stupidity, Bush broke the law by not informing all of the Intelligence Committee about his illegal spying.  Of course, none of this is front page news for the Traditional media, but notice what is!

Atrios, notes that an article about smoking lounges deserves front page treatment, while the report by the nonpartisan CRC gets page 19.  What struck me though is not what's below the front page fold, but the lead story, "Inquiry on Clinton Official Ends With Accusations of Cover-Up."  So while, Bush's fresh law breaking gets buried, we get reminded of the 21 million dollar, longest independent counsel in history, investigation into whether former Housing Secretary Henry G. Cisneros evaded income tax.
